With the advent of the innovative economy,a company must carry out constant technical innovation to improve its core competency to achieve its long-term goals in a stable and healthy developing pace.And the core technical innovation is a company's project development team.They are the core resource to support a company to survive and develop,the important prerequisite to determine a company whether it is sustainably and healthily developing.Although many executives attach great importance to this part,but they are still facing some dilemmas,such as the negative flow of talent and employees are lack of working enthusiasm,which cause the companies to push off the product lead times again and again.At present,most of small-medium sized manufacturing companies in China are lack of attention to talents and a lot of technical employees are not stimulated appropriately in an integrated and professional performance incentive system due to the late beginning and short history of using the motivate system.Therefore,how to establish an effective performance incentive system to fully mobilize employee working enthusiasm,creativity and ultimately enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise is becoming an imminent thing.In addition,an effective and integrated performance incentive system could not only help enterprise attract new employees,retain the old staffs,but also could maintain the stability of employees and the employee satisfaction and loyalty as well.Base on the current situations of HB company,this paper analyzes the performance incentive system of HB company by applying the relevant theories of performance incentive system,and finds out the problems of current motivate system through interviews and other methods,including lack of career promotion and growth plan,low salary incentives,unreasonable evaluation design,unbalanced focuses on internal evaluation and external evaluation and low feedback level.To deal with those problems,this paper reconstructs the performance incentive system model of the new project developers based on a combination of individual KPI performance and cross-departmental assessment,namely,goal-oriented and problem-oriented combination of dual performance evaluation mechanism,and the establishment of appropriate welfare projects,which could effectively enhance the company's human resources management level,improve employee satisfaction and working enthusiasm.Simultaneously,the new product development level and other indicators could also be improved.
