Research On Trade Facilitation Between China And Kazakhstan

WTO and APEC have been on the agenda for trade facilitation for many years and have conducted many negotiations.China and Kazakhstan have made great strides in the process of trade facilitation on the legal frontier and the implementation of borders,but compared with the development level of other economies in the world,China-Kazakh trade facilitation development is in a lower position in the world,and it is still facing many difficulties and obstacles.The China-Kazakhstan customs cooperation has a good foundation for cooperation under international and regional platforms,and has a complete and detailed cooperation system at the bilateral level.In order to jointly promote bilateral trade facilitation,China and Kazakhstan have already implemented pilot joint customs supervision operations between the two countries.However,with the deepening of trade exchanges between the two countries,the current mode of cooperation already has been affected by many factors and needs further improvement.This article mainly studies the trade facilitation between China and Kazakhstan.Based on the background of China-Kazakh trade facilitation cooperation theory,this article analyzes the status quo and major obstacles in China-Kazakh trade facilitation construction,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article also analyzes the transparency of the bilateral cooperation in China and Kazakhstan and the problems existing in the "single window" system from multiple angles,and gives measures to increase transparency.It also put forward sound suggestions for the establishment of a trade facilitation system for the China-Kazakhstan Customs.Simplification of procedures in trade is a multifaceted problem that requires solving a set of tasks on a multilateral basis:political,administrative,technical and financial.However,using joint efforts of our countries in solving these problems,trade facilitation will bring significant benefits to both sides.
