With the rapid development of e-commerce industry,its practitioners are occupying an increasing proportion.The training of electric business enterprises attracts the attention of experts and scholars from all walks of life.With the intensification of competition in the electricity supplier industry,the major electricity suppliers have turned to the digging of endogenous forces,and the most important change is to improve the importance of talent training.The rapid development of enterprises also needs the continuous delivery of qualified talents from enterprises to the urgent posts.This demand for talents is more urgent than ever before,which puts forward higher requirements for the training of talents in the electricity industry.However,compared with the high demand of talents,the personnel training of e-commerce enterprises is generally at a relatively early stage.Some enterprises even have no specialized training departments,and nor is there any specialized person responsible for training work.As a result,the speed of personnel training lags far behind that of the enterprise development,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of e-commerce enterprises.It has become an urgent problem how to improve the endogenous power of the electric business enterprises and how to make the speed of the training and production of the talents become agile.In this paper,the QS Electronic Commerce Group as the research object,starting from the basic theory of training system,through questionnaire survey and interviews method,four aspects according to the existing training system of the company's problems:one is the lack of specific training,the requirements analysis is not in place;two is the role of the mentor's deviation,teaching the level needs to be improved;three is the curriculum system;the lack of specific,systematic and effective;four is the lack of training system planning.On the basis of this,this paper optimizes the training system of QS e-commerce company by using scientific technology and methods.The main achievement is:first,the optimization design of the general idea and goal of the training system,and determine the framework of training system in QS company;second,puts forward some concrete measures of optimizing the system of internal trainers,training,from the selection of internal trainers to the growth path of internal trainers,made clear planning and design training division of responsibilities and management system;third,to design the existing curriculum system of QS was optimized,put forward specific ideas for the construction of the system of curriculum system;fourth,the operation system of QS company training to optimize the design,namely the training organization system,training management system optimization,and then solve the company before the lack of training system planning problem.This paper tries to build a training system suitable for the development stage of QS group.Instructor system is the core to build the training system,the course system and operation system is improving with the continuous improvement of the system of the instructor system.Through the case analysis of this article,we hope to provide practical reference for other e-commerce companies at the similar development stage in the same industry.
