As the integration of world economy and the rapid development of our economy,more and more enterprises have realized the important value of human resources in enterprises,and began to actively exploring effective training methods.In the process of trying,more and more enterprises hope to cultivate more talents for enterprise development,so in this process,many enterprises have created their own "enterprise universities".The most important role of enterprise universities is internal trainers,so building a mature and effective team of internal trainers has become a strong foundation for enterprise universities.At present,many well-known foreign enterprises have their own internal trainer team,and the internal trainer team has a sound system of selection,appointment,training,evaluation and incentive.Compared with the mature foreign system,domestic enterprise universities have been in a weak state in the construction of internal trainers.Based on such a realistic background,this paper discusses the competency model of TQ Group.With TQ group as an example,this study firstly applies Behavioral Event Interview,Questionnaire Survey to understand the main problems of current internal trainer.Combined with action learning of preliminary explore TQ group internal trainers,competency dimensions.The competency dimension is described through behavior description to form the competency self-scale questionnaire for internal trainers.The preliminary competency model was verified by SPSS statistical analysis software and AMOS structural equation,Finally,the competency model of internal trainer with reliability and validity is obtained after verification and modification.The competency model contains 6 competency dimensions and 25 structural features.finally.according to the competency model to determine the internal trainer's competency factor criteria,evaluation forms and tools.By determining the competency model of internal trainers,we can improve the uneven selection quality of internal trainers in TQ Group,and provide effective information basis for the later construction of internal trainers.
