With the rapid development of China's economic and the widespread of modern western human resource management thought in China,Chinese companies have recognized that the strategic position of human resource management in their enterprises.CJ company as engaged in open hole logging,cased hole logging,production well logging and other engineering and technical services as well as data processing and interpretation,technology development and equipment manufacturing as one of the land-based wireline service companies.Faced with increasingly fierce market competition,the human resource training management system of CJ can not meet the requirements of the company's development strategy,the urgent need for human resource training CJ management system improvements in order to achieve sustainable development of the company.Based on the theory of human resources training,CJ company as the research object,was been studied the human resources training management system of present situation and existing problems,and put forward the improvement scheme of human resources training management system and safeguard measures.It aims to improve the CJ company human resources training management level,enhance core competitiveness.Through the analysis of the present situation of CJ's human resources training and the face position,Major improvements were done to exiting training system,including setting up internal trainer examination evaluation system and training project effect evaluation system,completing the training management system from training management system,trainers management system,training project management and training program evaluation.In order to further improve the state-owned enterprise training system provides a theoretical and practical experience.
