Research On Training System Reconstruction Of AB Group

When walking into 21^st century, world has entered a new era knowledge-based economic era, human resource has become the first resource, qualified personnel has become the crucial factor of winning, after china joins WTO, Chinese enterprise will be faced with more intense international competition, the qualified personnel problem is hading huge crisis, in the coming international competition, as the pillar of national economy, therefore how to solve the training system baffling problem of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises become a research topic which has significant realistic meaning.Taking AB group as the representative, this paper analyses many problems and with systematic thought, points out that establishing modern enterprise training system is the fundamental solution that solves state-owned large medium-sized enterprise training problems.The paper divides into 4 parts. In chapter 1 the development of modern enterprise training theory and domestic research has been introduced. In chapter 2 the training system of some excellent enterprise has been analysed.
