Research On The Development Strategy Of A Enterprise

A Enterprise is a small and high-tech enterprise in the software industry of Yunnan province.It focuses on the IT information field in Yunnan province.The country encourages the development of the software industry,and the A Enterprise faces the great opportunity and challenge of development.However,the existing problems of A Enterprise seriously affect the operation and development of A Enterprise.These problems include lack of timely adjustment of marketing policy,market expansion project of the construction progress is slow,business is the main A Enterprise sales revenue sources,selection of customers affected by the project constraints and innovative products to promote the application of progress is not up to expectations,the lack of new software technology underlying basic research service,low degree of standardization master,the lack of professional and technical personnel,new technologies such as financing difficulties.In order to solve the problems existing in A Enterprise this paper studies and develops the development strategy of A Enterprise.This paper analyzes the macro environment of A Enterprise by using PEST method,analyzes the competitiveness of A Enterprise by using Potter's five forces model,and analyzes the internal and external environment of A Enterprise by SWOT method.On the basis of the above analysis results,a targeted and practical development strategy has been formulated for A Enterprise.Further discusses the implementation of the development strategy,and finally puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy.Through the study of this paper the following conclusions are drawn:A Enterprise development strategy Includes establishing the brand of A Enterprise;enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises;striving to transition from a purely technical service provider to an integrated service provider,strengthening the service to small and medium-sized enterprises and small and micro enterprises;expanding the emerging technology application software business and expanding the market;actively seeking external funds support and cooperation;building a new team of technicians and attracting all kinds of talents with high quality,such as technology and management;strengthing the construction of marketing team and expanding the marketing team,and carrying out positive marketing and precision marketing;practicing sincere,persistent,enterprising and innovative enterprise culture.Through the implementation of A Enterprise development strategy A Enterprise continuously enhance the core competitiveness of A Enterprise and ensure the sustainable development of A Enterprise.
