In 2014,the State Council issued the “Opinions on Recent Major Policy Initiatives in Supporting the Revitalization of Northeast China”(Guo Fa(2014)No.28).The opinion pointed out that the integration of science and technology and economic development in Northeast China is insufficient.In the future,it is necessary to closely rely on innovation to drive development and accelerate Cultivate new industries.The cultivation of emerging industries by the state has spawned many small and medium-sized enterprises.The demand for entrepreneurial services by small and medium-sized enterprises has enabled the rapid development of the technology service industry.With the enthusiasm of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," people's entrepreneurial enthusiasm has been rising and entrepreneurial coffee services,entrepreneurship spaces,incubators,and startup parks have emerged.Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Service Co.,Ltd.is established and grows in this environment.Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Service Co.,Ltd.is a company that provides technology entrepreneurship services.The company's business can be divided into three categories: living services,productive services,and light asset export services in the park.With the gradual development of the company's business,the scale of the company has gradually expanded,and the company has experienced problems such as the unbalanced income ratio of various business segments,the excessively fragmented service business provided by the company,and insufficient awareness and capacity for market expansion.At the same time,with the continuous increase in the number of technology service companies and the gradual homogenization of service categories,the competitive environment faced by Changchun Beihu Technology Venture Services Co.,Ltd.has become more severe.It is extremely necessary to thoroughly analyze the problems existing in Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Service Co.,Ltd.,analyze the company's operating environment,formulate the company's development strategy,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Service Co.,Ltd.In this study,through consulting a large number of relevant literatures,we have combed the existing theory of corporate strategic management,interviewed employees,companies,and industry experts,and thoroughly understood the development status and existing problems of Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Services Co.,Ltd.The PEST model analysis method was used to analyze the macro-environment of Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurial Services Co.,Ltd.,and the company's industry environment was analyzed using Porter's Five Forces model.The company's internal environment was analyzed using resource theory and value chain model.Through SWOT matrix analysis method to synthesize the above analysis,it is concluded that the company is in a state where “outside opportunities are much higher than threats,and internal advantages are obviously stronger than disadvantages”.Therefore,it is recommended that Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurial Services Co.,Ltd.“strengthen market development and market penetration.The strategic thinking is based on the promotion of brand and service coverage,service product development,post-integration and expansion of service functions,and “shrinking part of business + horizontal integration of resources”.It also put forward the development strategic goals of Changchun Beihu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Service Co.,Ltd.: its own independent operation and expansion,innovation business profitability space;auxiliary space for science and technology carriers,improve operating quality and profitability;and make due social contributions to the regional government and society.In order to achieve the company's overall strategic objectives,the company adopted the GSM strategy matrix to develop a corresponding business-layer strategy for the company's A,B,C,and D main business types.In the implementation of the strategy,the specific implementation plan was given from the four dimensions of service products,marketing,operations,and finance,and from the improvement of organizational mechanisms,optimization of the talent team,clear business model,resource mining,construction of incentive mechanisms,and accumulation of information platform 6 Various aspects put forward the safeguard measures for implementing the company's strategy to ensure the effective implementation of the company's strategy.
