A Study On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Resource Integration On The Performance Of New Ventures

With the promulgation of a series of national policies to encourage entrepreneurship,a large number of new enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms.The new venture has been faced with the "small scale","lack of resources" and other"new entrant disadvantages",this dilemma in nowadays information age of rapid operation and changes is more prominent.Through the investigation of successful start-ups,these enterprises are very focused on the integration optimization of resources in the operation process.Entrepreneurial resources integration is conducive to new business breakthroughs in resource bottlenecks to fully realize the maximum utilization of resources,so as to overcome the "new entrant disadvantages".However,most of the existing studies remain at the level of confirming the relationship between the integration of entrepreneurial resources and the performance of start-up enterprises,and there is still a big problem in the facet of deconstructing the integration of entrepreneurial resources to reveal the mechanism of the performance of the new business.In addition,under the background of the Internet enterprises attach more and more importance to the construction of business models,expect through the integration of resources in a unique business model to form a competitive advantage.Therefore,this paper takes the business model as the mediator variable to explore the mechanism of the integration of entrepreneurial resources to the performance of the new business,which has important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the existing relational research results of the entrepreneurial resources integration,this paper according to the different contents of resource integration to explore the different resource integration model on the impact of new business performance.on the base of the resources attributes,according to the different contents of resource integration,the resource integration is divided into two categories:Entrepreneurship resources cohesion of the same type of resources integration and Entrepreneurial resources Coupling of different types of resources integration.While the business model as a mediator variable,help better understand the existing environment,how entrepreneurial resources integration impact new business performance.First of all,on the basis of literature collection and collation,this paper constructs the theoretical model of "entrepreneurial resource integration-business model-new business performance",and puts forward relevant research hypothesis.Then,the questionnaire was used to collect research data.the statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS21.0 and LISREL8.70 on the 208 valid questionnaires,which validates the relationship between the integration of entrepreneurial resources and the performance of the new business and the mediating role of business model in the process of the impact of entrepreneurial resource integration on the performance of new business.The empirical results show that the coupling of entrepreneurial resources both has a significant positive impact on the profitability and innovation performance of the new business performance,and the cohesion of entrepreneurial resources has no significant impact on the innovation performance,but still has a positive effect on the profitability performance,In addition,the intermediary effect of business model in the impact of various dimensions of entrepreneurial resources integration on the various dimensions of new business performance is also different.Finally,this paper makes a deep discussion on the conclusion of the research,and puts forward some suggestions for the start-up enterprises in the line of environment in which the business is located which provides some theoretical guidance for the business model construction and resource integration of the start-up enterprises,and has a certain practical reference value for the improvement of new business performance.
