Evaluation And Research On Agricultural Ecological Development In Hunan Province

Objective evaluation for the level of development of hunan agricultural ecology,and the existing problems in the development of hunan's agricultural ecology provide solution,in this paper,the ecological agriculture development level in hunan province was evaluated.In hunan,shandong,heilongjiang,henan,hubei,fujian as sample,the predecessors' research combined with the actual situation of hunan province,established the evaluation index system of ecological agriculture development level,the variation coefficient method is used,by use of excel software to normalized processing of data,and calculate the weight and the comprehensive score of six areas of ecological agriculture development level has carried on the empirical study,using in hunan and hubei in 2006-2015,fujian,shandong,jilin,henan five provinces in 2013-2015 sample data,calculate the comprehensive score from region to region,This paper analyzes and evaluates the development level of agricultural ecology in each province.The evaluation results are as follows:(1)from the indicators of economic and social development,the trend of increasing year by year,although the development is stable,still has a significant gap with shandong province.(2)from the perspective of resource reduction measures,the situation in hunan is not optimistic,and the comprehensive score shows a decreasing trend year by year,and is lower than the 24.73 points in fujian province.(3)from the resource recycling measures,change in small,presents the downward trend after rising first,roughly steady trend,in the recycling of resources has great development potential.(4)from the perspective of agricultural environmental indicators,the overall fluctuation range is small,and the agricultural environmental safety level is low.The following conclusions:from the result of empirical analysis from the point of the longitudinal comparison,level of development of hunan agricultural ecology generally rise,from the horizontal comparison of hunan resource consumption and agricultural environment security lacking,there is a big gap with the control.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions on the problems faced by hunan province in the development of agricultural ecological development:(1)the government should strengthen policy support to promote the development of agricultural economy.(2)the promotion of ecological fertilizer,and guide the development of ecological agriculture(3)promote agricultural resources circulation use,promote industrialization of ecological agriculture(4)protect agricultural ecological environment,ecological policy incentives and ecological compensation mechanism is established.In order to provide reference for the choice of agricultural ecological development in hunan province.
