Rural Labor Mobility And Economic Growth

In 1949,the founding of new China meant that the Chinese people stood up.ln 1978,the reform and opening up was carried out,and the prelude of the economic take-off of new China was played.In 2017,the first proposal of the rural strategy in the 19th CPC National Congress has a strategic guiding significance for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the building of a well-to-do society in an all-round way.Since the reform and opening up,the rural household contract responsibility system has been carried out,and the farmers' enthusiasm for production has increased significantly,which further liberated the rural productive forces.Since the establishment of a market-oriented socialist market economy,a number of private enterprises have sprung up.With the implementation of the reform and opening up policy,the planned economy gradually replaced by the socialist market economy,our country has entered the transition from urban and rural dual system to the integration of urban and rural social transformation.The trend of the development of industrialization,urbanization and modernization objectively led to the flow of Labour and leading urban development has attracted a large number of rural Labour into the cities.The movement of labor force often plays a strategic role in the development of a country,and the development of urban industry and economy is always accompanied by the large-scale population movement from rural areas to cities.Back to the development course of western developed countries,the urban industrialization will lead to the city's increasing jobs and higher wages.The increase of income,on the one hand makes saving rise as well,further accumulating capital for industry;On the other hand,it could prompt upgrading of demand structure.The basic survival needs,such as food demand,transforming into housing,health care,manufacturing products,arts and culture,and other development needs and enjoy demand,promotes the development of the industry upgrading,sector.The.advancement of urbanization has prompted the city to achieve economic,educational,and medical development advantages.Although the rural migrant workers in rural areas expect their next generation to receive better education and enjoy better medical conditions in the city,the existence of registered permanent residence system and other obstacles makes it difficult for rural residents to truly integrate into the cities and cannot truly enjoy the development of urban civilization.Therefore,this paper has done a relatively comprehensive study on the movement of rural surplus labor force,discussing its role in the promotion of China's economic development and relevant influencing factors through the implementation of the rural rejuvenation strategy,and explored the analysis framework and solution of the rural labor flow in line with the Chinese context.The best way to integrate the dilemmas of labor factors in urban and rural areas and the optimal route of rural labor force factor flow in the perspective of comprehensive revitalization of rural areas seeks to achieve the systemic,integral,and cooperative nature of rural labor mobility mechanisms.
