In modern enterprise human resource management,salary management is a very important part,and has a direct impact on employee behavior.In the theory and practice of enterprise management and sustainable development in the process of how the enterprises from the overall strategic objectives,formulate scientific salary management system,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,is the urgent need to solve many current problems of enterprises.In this thesis,the author based on the current salary management theory,combined with the current situation of compensation management China patent information center outside the organization,based on in-depth analysis and diagnosis,design a set to conform to the Chinese Patent Information Center Beijing personnel salary system.The author put forward the implementation proposals of the system,and further evaluated the implementation effect of the system,providing reference for other enterprises to build a salary system.This paper uses the method of combination of theoretical research and case research,literature review,quantitative research,it analyzes the current situation of salary management theory and Research on the theory,design of modern enterprise salary system for guidance,analysis of salary system of cnpat's present situation,the problems are put forward.These factors are fully considered in the design of compensation system of the cnpat,make it more reasonable,implementation and evaluation and study the salary system,in order to effectively retain talent,motivate employees to improve work performance and the proposed new strategy needs to adapt to.
