Research On Urban Innovation Ability Based On Rough Set Conditional Information Entropy

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,innovation has become the main driving force for economic development,and more and more countries and regions have taken the innovation as an important strategy to promote economic and social development.Meanwhile,with the coming of new technological revolution and industrial transformation,new industries,new models and new formats emerge one after another.To adapt to this new form,it is an inevitable choice to enhance our capability of independent innovation.As the center of regional economic development,cities have gathered many innovative resources and innovative elements.Therefore,the economic and social development of the city plays a decisive role in the development of our country.In order to conform to the trend of the development of the times,the implementation of the innovation driven strategy and the construction of an innovative city are the fundamental measures to realize the sustainable development of the city and enhance the endogenous driving force of the urban development.Therefore,it is particularly important to synthetically evaluate the innovation ability of the city,find out the key factors that affect the city innovation ability,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for these key factors,and provide the decision reference and theoretical support for the improvement of the urban innovation ability.First of all,This thesis expounds the background of the topic,the significance of construction of the innovative city and implementing the innovation driven strategy,and introduces the research content,method and logical framework of this thesis,and summarizes the innovation of this article.Secondly,it expounds the theory of new economic growth,and systematically reviews the relevant theories and researches of domestic and foreign scholars about innovation system,urban innovation capability and so on.On this basis,we further clarify the connotation of innovation capability and the concept of urban innovation capability.Thirdly,the factors of urban innovation ability are analyzed,and the evaluation index system of urban innovation ability is constructed.Based on the comparison and analysis of various evaluation methods,the entropy method is used to evaluate and analyze the comprehensive evaluation of the innovation ability of the 33 Provincial capital cities and above the vice-Province cities.Fourth,the method of the rough set conditional information entropy is introduced in detail,and the decision table of the evaluation index system of the one or two and three level is constructed by the method of the rough set condition information entropy,and the influence degree of each three level index on the city innovation ability is analyzed,and the key factors that affect the city innovation ability are found.Fifthly,taking Zhengzhou as an example,this thesis analyzes the position of Zhengzhou's innovation ability in the country,finds out the key factors that affect the innovation ability of Zhengzhou,and puts forward some specific countermeasures to improve the innovation ability of Zhengzhou on the basis of the analysis of the key factors that affect the innovation ability of the city of Zhengzhou.Finally,we summarize the whole text and present the limitations and further research prospects.
