| In the rapid development of our country’s economy,People’s income continues to rise,and People’s life style,which is based on material needs,begins to rise gradually to the needs of spiritual civilization,more and more people began to choose to go out to play as their preferred way of relaxation,tourism industry has become an important industry in the national economy.However,at present,most scenic spots in our country are still mainly managed by traditional scenic spots,and most of these traditional management methods can not fully meet the needs of tourists,and then affected the brand efficiency of the scenic spot and the tourist’s travel feeling.The continuous progress of science and technology,especially the promotion of mobile Internet,Cloud Technology,artificial intelligence and other technologies,has led many industries to enter the“Modern” mode,and tourism is no exception,the application of scientific and technological means to the management of scenic spots will bring a brand-new experience to tourists.Based on the study of digital management optimization of L scenic spot,this paper first reads a lot of literature to understand the background of the study,and the views of domestic and foreign scholars were combed and summarized.Then,from the perspective of tourist satisfaction,this paper sums up the index system of tourist satisfaction in the digital management of natural scenic spots in order to promote the effective implementation of the digital management of scenic spots,the reliability,validity and factor analysis were used to verify the evaluation indexes.Thirdly,according to the questionnaire designed by the index system,we do a case study in L scenic area.After data analysis and summary,we find the problems existing in the digital management of L scenic area at present,for example,there are few digital experience services in scenic spots,insufficient digital marketing,insufficient digital emergency response and so on.Fourthly,according to the investigation results and the development of the scenic spot itself,the author puts forward the corresponding digital management optimization scheme and measures,it includes: Constructing Advanced Digital Guide Service System for scenic spots to provide more convenient service for tourists,constructing digital experience center for scenic spots to make tourists have more sense of participation,besides making use of new media,innovating digital marketing channels to increase the exposure of tourism resources,developing innovative tourism products so as to attract tourists to scenic spots,this paper also puts forward the guarantee measures of the plan from the aspects of policies,funds,talents and so on,in order to promote the scenic area in the exploration of digital management progress to achieve effective allocation and use of resources,improve the efficiency of scenic area management and service level,and promote the economic benefits of the scenic area.It is hoped that after the study of this article,can provide reference for the digital development,construction and management of similar scenic spots,so as to improve the tourist experience in the scenic spot and further promote the economic development of the scenic spot and its surrounding areas. |
