Research On The Impact Of Circulation Efficiency On Regional Economic Growth

From China entered the thirteenth five-year period,the main contradiction in our country has transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing good life needs and the unbalanced development.After entering the "New Normal" mode,China attaches more importance to the quality of economic development.The circulation industry plays a key role in course of economic growth.Circulation efficiency is the embodiment of the optimization degree of resources in the circulation industry,and it is great significance analyzing the influence of circulation efficiency on regional economic growth.At first,the paper theoretical analysis how the circulation efficiency impact on the regional economic growth in theory and found the circulation efficiency does this by total factor productivity.Total factor productivity including but not limited to technical progress,optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and so on.Then the paper selected sixteen representative indicators from the circulation industry scale,market environment,infrastructure and the level of informatization using the factor analysis model to build evaluation index system of the circulation efficiency.Then,basing on the data of the Yangtze River Delta Region in the last two decades,the paper made empirical analysis to find out changes of the circulation efficiency of the area from 1997 to 2016.After that,the paper made empirical analysis of the relation of the circulation efficiency and the region economy growth in the Yangtze river delta region in the last two decades basing on the Cobb-Douglass Function.The important quantifiable indicators-GDP was used to represent regional economic growth.The paper also used the Vector autoregression model to analyze the impact of the circulation efficiency on the region economy growth concretely.The innovation of this paper is that in the construction of the system,the influence of information and technology on circulation efficiency is fully considered and empirical analysis based on regional data is made.The study found that the circulation efficiency is important in the promoting of regional economic growth.But it does slowly.Finally,according to the above conclusions,this paper put forward policy suggestions which can effectively improve the efficiency of circulation,promote regional economic development,improve residents? living standard and quality and provide a basis for the socialist economic construction in the new period.
