Research On Multidimensional Poverty Types And Spatial Differentiation Of Urban Poor Worker Families In Yunnan Province

Poverty has always been a major global concern,The United Nations has proposed in 2030 to address social,economic and environmental issues in the realization of the sustainable development goals,and poverty is one of its major issues.China aims to achieve a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020 and socialist modernization by 2035,improve people's living standards,narrow the gap between the rich and the poor,and lay a foundation for common prosperity.The campaign of socialist modernization is about to begin in 2035,targeted poverty alleviation and alleviation in rural areas across the country has achieved great success,but urban poverty,especially that of urban workers and families with financial difficulties,needs to be further addressed.At present,the identification of urban families with difficult workers is not accurate,and the single dimension of poverty cannot meet the actual needs.Therefore,this paper starts from the multidimensional perspective,comprehensively considers the situation of each dimension,and more accurately understands the poverty types and causes of the families of the poor workers,so as to provide directions and scientific basis for the relief of the families of the poor workers in cities and towns,and provide impetus for the comprehensive realization of the well-off society and socialist modernization.In this paper,the author firstly sorted out the literature on urban poor worker families at home and abroad,deeply understood the concepts of urban poverty and urban poor worker families,understood poverty and multidimensional poverty theory,and learned the experience of solving problems at home and abroad.Second selection of reference to other scholars multidimensional poverty index method,combining with the particularity of town hard worker,and the actual conditions of yunnan province,finally established the household income,health,education and living standard ten indexes in four dimensions as yunnan province town hard worker family multidimensional poverty measure index system,using the group of 16 states and 69 counties of yunnan province and 24 provincial industrial union research based dataobtained,by applying the method of A-F,calculated multidimensional poverty families with hard worker in cities and towns in yunnan province.Finally,according to the result of measuring the multidimensional poverty is classified into four types,including the multidimensional poverty,multidimensional poverty and vulnerability multidimensional poverty and extreme multidimensional poverty,by Arcgis software analysis,obtained the multidimensional poverty town hard worker family type space distribution state and analyzed the spatial differentiation law of multidimensional poverty,investigated the multidimensional poverty formation.Conclusions :(1)there are four types of multidimensional poverty in urban poor worker families in yunnan province,the most important are vulnerability multidimensional poverty and general multidimensional poverty,followed by non-multidimensional poverty,and the proportion of extreme multidimensional poverty is the lowest.(2)the spatial differentiation of multidimensional poverty types.Generally multidimensional poverty is mainly distributed in honghe,yuxi,kunming,qujing,zhaotong and dehong regions.The vulnerability of multidimensional poverty accounts for the largest proportion,which is concentrated in kunming,honghe,zhaotong,lijiang and dehong regions.The proportion of non-multidimensional poverty is not large,mainly distributed in honghe,yuxi,kunming,qujing,zhaotong and baoshan regions.Extreme multidimensional poverty is rare and scattered all over the country,which is involved in most cities in yunnan province.(3)analysis of multidimensional poverty,from the point of multidimensional decomposition,town hard worker family caused by trapped factors,labor education age,family per capita income,family with stable employment,family have chronic diseases patients,family members had a greater influence on the basic pension insurance contribution rate is higher,the family working-age people drop out of school and family have little impact on residential house contribution rate is low;From the perspective of regional decomposition,the poverty levels of honghe,qujing,yuxi and kunming are relatively high,while those of diqing and nujiang are relatively low.
