Performance is the success and efficiency of enterprise management activities.It has two main meanings,first is organizational performance,that is,the achievement of organization in management;Secondly,it is personal performance,which mainly refers to whether there are strict compliance with relevant rules and regulations in the process of work.Organizational performance and individual performance are often interrelated and inseparable.For commercial Banks,marketing personnel's performance management is often a marketing personnel management object,the key measure did they reach the relevant standards of work,this will lead to the marketing personnel too much emphasis on personal interests,is sometimes so blind individuals short-term interest,blindly pursue personal goals,but neglected the more important organizational goals,advantage in order to achieve the short-term personal interests at the expense of the organizational goals,over time,such management system will be obvious,impedes the development of the team,lead to the management idea of marketing personnel lack of vision,ultimately limits the improvement of organizational performance.In this paper,in order to further optimize the bank marketing personnel performance management mechanism for the purpose,trying to find a way to better balance of organizational performance and individual interests,make its can achieve both promote each other and improve each other.Our country commercial bank's marketing staff performance management has been the deep reform of banking industry,compared to the banking financial risk,business management,it is not yet able to get enough research.Officially promulgated "commercial bank law" has the profitability of financial enterprises,the state-owned commercial bank is implementing a new way of operating,in a new way of operating mainly includes the management,risk and profit are independent and ourselves and commitments.At the same time,the concept of performance management has been put forward,but it has been influenced by the planned economy system.This management idea is not only not popular but also relatively slow in development.Performance management,especially for professionals who manage specific high-level jobs,is often difficult for commercial Banks,with limited management in the sector.This is mainly because of its commercial Banks management ethos is poorer,and even some management leadership did not establish a scientific management consciousness,management mode and implementation path know there is a huge loss.At present,along with the modern management has become an inevitable trend in the development of commercial Banks,so the research about the field also gradually aroused people's attention,more and more scholars began to commercial bank performance management research,but these professionals study eyes tend to lock in state-owned Banks,foreign Banks and other large banking financial institutions,there are few researchers compared the performance management of small and medium-sized commercial Banks as the research object,especially the urban commercial Banks,this special group.This paper,based on the optimization research on the performance management of commercial Banks in N city,conducted a systematic study on the current performance management system of N city commercial Banks.This article can be divided into three parts.First part for the introduction and theoretical review,an introduction to put forward the research background and significance,purpose and method of theory this paper analyzes the performance,performance management,performance management methods and relevant theory and bank characteristics and main methods of performance management;Followed by the N city commercial bank's current performance management research,this paper introduces the basic situation of N city commercial Banks and the current situation of performance management,strategy,etc.,analyzes the problems and causes existing in the current performance management system;The third part is the N city commercial bank performance management optimization design,using the modern performance management theory,according to the reality of the N city commercial bank,the optimization design of a set of accord with the actual performance management system,and put forward some concrete measures for guaranteeing implementation of performance management system,and finally draw the conclusion.Is proposed in this paper in view of the N city commercial bank the optimization strategy of current performance management system,is not only beneficial to the N city commercial bank performance management level,to better promote the development of the later business,at the same time to match the size of the small and medium-sized commercial Banks,especially the city commercial bank performance management system design and optimization has a certain theoretical guidance meaning and reference value.
