The Relationship Between Enterprise Relationship Embedding,Knowledge Integration And Technical Innovation Performance In Cluster

With the development of China's economy entering a new normal,it is a key factor to improve the technological innovation ability and innovation performance of enterprises.Industry cluster can provide good for enterprises within the cluster innovation network environment.It is the main carrier of promoting regional economic development,and cluster enterprise as the main body of the cluster innovation which relations with the strength of the entire cluster innovation ability.Although there are many researches on relationship embedding and cluster innovation,the research on how embedding is applied to cluster enterprise innovation is less.At present,the cluster enterprises in China,especially the traditional manufacturing enterprises,still have insufficient technical innovation ability and the low utilization rate of enterprise knowledge in the cluster.Therefore,this paper,based on previous researches,further studies the relationship between relationship embeddedness and enterprise technical innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge integration.Mainly included: summarize existing research achievements of industrial cluster,relationship embedding,knowledge integration and technological innovation performance;analyze the relationship between relational embedding,knowledge integration and enterprise technology innovation performance in the cluster,put forward research hypotheses and conduct empirical analysis;to further analyze the empirical test results and put forward the development proposals.In this study,we construct the theoretical model of the relationship between embedding,knowledge integration and enterprise technological innovation performance in cluster.This paper choose to Botou casting industry cluster and Ren Qiu aluminum industry cluster in Hebei province as the main body of data investigation.153 effective questionnaires were taken back and use SPSS 22.0 to analyze data,and test hypotheses.There are some preliminary conclusions: The relationship embedding of different dimensions has a positive influence on the improvement of enterprise technology innovation performance.Among them,the dimension of trust and information sharing is significantly positive.Relationship embedding can promote the improvement of enterprise knowledge integration ability.And more,enterprise knowledge integration is the key influencing factor of enterprise technology innovation performance.Knowledge integrationhas a mediating effect on relationship enbeddedness and technical innovation performance.The integration of enterprise knowledge is influenced by the embeddedness of cluster network relationship,and the efficiency of enterprise knowledge integration influences the improvement of technological innovation performance of cluster enterprise.In other words,relationship embeddedness is indirectly applied to enterprise technology innovation performance in the group through knowledge integration.Based on the results of the study,the paper also puts forward relevant suggestions to government departments and traditional manufacturing enterprises.Finally,this paper also analyzes the limitations and the prospect of future research.
