With the diversification of economic development,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly evident.If companies want to survive and develop in a highly competitive environment,it is essential to grasp the human resources.At present,most of the companies in our country are employed mainly by young and new 80th and 90th employees.Compared with old employees,these young employees are more affected by the influence of western culture.They are more concerned with the cultivation of individual independent personality.Organizational needs also show some diversity and diversity.Therefore,the organization must enable employees to better serve the organization.It must first meet the needs of employees.This further challenges the organization and its managers.For the organization,the leader is the core figure of the organization and plays a very important role in meeting the diversity and diversity needs of employees.As domestic scholars diversify their needs for employees,the concept of inclusive leadership is born.Inclusive leadership is a new type of leadership that effectively listens to the inner voices of employees and encourages them to truly express themselves in the organization.Unlike previous methods of leadership,it insists on an equal,fair,and people-oriented management philosophy to achieve a harmonious relationship between leaders and employees so as to improve the perfor.mance of employees.At present,most scholars generally believe that studies on inclusive.This study uses a combination of theory and empirical methods to explore the impact of inclusive leadership on job performance.Through reviewing the existing literature on inclusive leadership,organizational friendly atmosphere,psychological security and job performance both at home and abroad,the theoretical model and research design of this research are proposed.In this study,we used the existing mature scales at home and abroad to send electronic questionnaires to 300 employees.Through the 254 valid questionnaires obtained after removing the invalid questionnaires,the corresponding data were collected.Using Spss21.0,Amos21.0 and other software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis of the data,reliability and validity test,exploratory factor analysis,regression analysis,mediation analysis and regulatory effect analysis,etc.Corresponding research results,the research results show that inclusive leadership and job performance are significantly related,psychological security is between inclusive leadership and job performance,organizational friendly atmosphere regulates inclusive leadership and psychological security.This study is of great significance to enriching the theoretical framework of inclusive leadership.
