Innovation as the most important power leading the national economic and social development, must be placed in the first position. It is imperative to explicit its core position in the national development strategy, so deeply promoting the implementation of the strategy of innovation and development, and accelerating the transformation pace of the innovation driven economy. Presently, China is facing extremely severe and complicated international environment, which brings great resistance, and also contains many development opportunities. Innovation is the responsibility for the companies to win the everlasting source of power.Leaders have played an important role in the organizations, whose behaviors are not only a major source of innovation motivation and satisfaction, but also can create a healthy environment for development. The style of the leadership on employees and the preference for risks determines the innovation model of the organization. Many studies show that the inclusive leadership as one of special relationship leadership style can meet various organizations and has a close contact with the innovative behaviors of employees. Recently, with the development of the theory of leadership science, inclusive leadership has become a hot frontier. However, there are very few researches about the relationship between inclusive leadership, ambidextrous innovation and organizational performance.Based on the related theory and research results of inclusive leadership, this study will further explore the difference of antecedents between inclusive leadership and ambidextrous innovation, and verify the mediation role of the ambidextrous innovation between inclusive leadership and organizational performance. Meanwhile, considering the risky of innovation, this study selects environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable, and establishes the early moderated-mediation model. The empirical results show that:(1) inclusive leadership can effectively promote the improvement of organizational performance; (2)ambidextrous innovation has played a mediated role between inclusive leadership and organizational performance; (3)the environmental uncertainty can positively strengthen the relationship between inclusive leadership and ambidextrous innovation; (4)the relationship between inclusive leadership and organizational performance also can be effected by environmental uncertainty, and the effects always changes with the mediated intensity of the exploitation and ambidextrous innovation. Finally, this study not only enriches the existing theoretical researches on the inclusive leadership and ambidextrous innovation, but also provides some enlightenments and references for enterprises’management practice and decision making.
