Study On The Quality Evaluation And Regulation Of Cooperative Agricultural Products In China

In the past,in order to solve the problem of lacking food and clothing,we energetically developed science and technology to increase the quantity.Now the focus of agricultural development in China is no longer quantity,but on solving the problem of the quality of agricultural products.The advancement of science and technology in agricultural development has brought liberation to traditional agriculture,and it also greatly promoted the output of agricultural products.However,some farmers only focus on the immediate benefits brought by high yields,and the use of fertilizers,pesticides,and other inputs by them containing large amounts of chemical substances,which causes direct pollution on soil water sources and agricultural products,and the hazards to consumers,society,ecology and even agriculture itself are enormous.Therefore,the control of the source quality of agricultural products requires good management on farmers,which can make farmers be safe in terms of input products and standardization of production details.Farmers' professional cooperatives,as a new type of organization,is a coalition of farmers that unites many farmers who volunteer to join the organization as a whole for catching up with market demand and government and consumer supervision.Based on the analysis of the status and problems of agricultural product quality,analyzed the guarantee mechanism of agricultural product quality in cooperatives,and established a cooperative agricultural product quality evaluation system which includes five first-level indicators,such as government support supervision index system,cooperative basic indicator system,cooperative management evaluation system,farmer behavior evaluation system,and agricultural product quality evaluation system.And each of the first-level indicators includes three secondary indicators,a total of 15 secondary indicators.Then,based on the index system,a BP network model was established to fit the nonlinear relationship between input variables and output variables,and sensitivity analysis was performed on this basis.In the BP network model,80 sets of data were used to establish the network model,and 22 sets were used to test the network.The results of the neural network fitting R reached 0.99813 that was very close to 1which shows that the neural network prediction is close to the linear prediction and the effect is very good.It also approves that the model we fitted can very well reflect the non-linear relationship between the three input factors of “government support supervision”,“cooperative management”,and “farmer household behavior”,and the output factor of “agricultural product quality”,and the result is also within the scope of acceptance.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the model was carried out and analyzed from four aspects,which are cooperative fundamentals,cooperative management,farmer household behavior and government supervision.In general,all of four aspects have a significant impact on the quality of agricultural products,but the direction and speed of influence vary with time.Then the paper analyzes the game between cooperatives,farmers and government who under the cooperative regulation of quality of the cooperatives,and clarifies the game choices of three parts from the production of agricultural products to the consumer market.First,it analyzes the standardized production decisions of farmer households in the production process for agricultural products,and concludes the probability that rural households will choose the standardized production when they can maximize their expected return;then,it analyzes decisions about the level of agricultural product quality inspection that cooperatives turn over to farmers.The analysis above shows that the choice of cooperatives,farmers and the government are impact on each other.They all make decisions based on the level of information they get.Cooperatives need to establish information platforms with farmers,so that farmers can maximize the quality of agricultural product information,and cooperatives can make more direct detection and decision-making to avoid the loss of profits due to decision errors caused by incorrect access to information.Since the government is a non-profit organization,it has both social benefits and social responsibilities.In addition to maximizing benefits,the government still needs to weigh the social impact of the decision.Therefore,the government's attitude towards the quality of agricultural products should be to encourage and support behaviors that can improve the quality of agricultural products,crack down on “free-rider” behavior and establish a strict supervision mechanism so that farmers and cooperatives can work harder to improve the quality of agricultural products under such constraints and pressures.It will help consumers create trust on cooperatives and governments,help farmers,cooperatives,and governments build up their reputations.At the same time,consumers will be able to buy agricultural products with confidence and make the agricultural products market in a state of harmony.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures based on the empirical results.(1)Cooperatives have a role to play in establishing an information transmission mechanism;(2)Farmers actively participate in ensuring the established a relatively complete and reasonable agricultural product quality evaluation system,using the nonlinear model of BP neural network to fit the complex relationship between indicators,trying to analyze the input indicators to improve the quality of agricultural products,agricultural products from various angles The analysis of quality will provide valuable reference for improving the quality of cooperative agricultural products.(3)Game model innovation.In the game model,the cooperative rebate ratio parameter was added,and based on the analysis of the return ratio of cooperatives to non-core members,the game choice between farmers and the government was analyzed,and it was concluded that the dividend ratio had important influence on the choice of farmers and cooperatives.
