Work happiness is the key factor of working effective development.It has been sought after and yearned for by people.Nowadays,many studies show that working happiness greatly affects the performance and ability of employees.This study focused on the relationship between working characteristics and work happiness among managers in the rapidly developing 020 company.At the same time,based on the theory of "spillover-crossover" dynamic model,this paper puts forward"interpersonal relationship of work team" as a variable to explore its influence on work characteristics and work happiness.Finally,psychological group counseling intervention was added as a variable to explore a new way to improve work happiness.After putting forward the idea,the research made clear concept definition and measurement method to the three important concepts involved in this research:work characteristic,work happiness and the degree of interaction among the members of the work team.For the first time,based on the situation of the managers of O2O Company in Fuzhou,this study compiled a questionnaire on the degree of interaction among working group members.The validity of all the questionnaires and the effectiveness of the psychological group counseling activities were tested during the pre-study period.The questionnaires and psychological interventions used in the formal study were finalized.In the formal research stage,the data of 400 managers of 10 Fuzhou 020 companies were collected.The results of statistical analysis showed that the working characteristics and job satisfaction were significantly positive correlation at 0.01.The working characteristic and the working investment degree were significantly positive correlation at 0.01.The positive correlation between job satisfaction and job investment was significant at 0.05.That is,the work characteristic and the job satisfaction,the job investment degree positive correlation.It was also found that job satisfaction was positively correlated with job commitment.Among the five dimensions of work characteristics,there is a correlation between work characteristics and job satisfaction,job commitment and total work happiness.Apart from the fact that there is no correlation between skill diversity and job satisfaction,the other 5 dimensions are significantly related to job satisfaction and job commitment and work happiness.Secondly,based on the dynamic theory of "spillover-intersection",this study proposed and verified that the interaction between working team members can regulate the relationship between the working characteristics and work happiness of O2O managers in Fuzhou.The five dimensions of interpersonal interaction and work characteristics of the group members(skill diversity,task integrity,task importance,job autonomy,feedback)have significant interaction coefficients at the level of 0.05,indicating that interpersonal interaction of the team members has a significant adjustment between the five dimensions of work characteristics and work happiness.Finally,the study also boldly assumes that active mental activity intervention by working team members can increase the happiness of O2O managers.And designed the content of activities.Results The effects of psychological group activities on improving work happiness were verified.The result was obvious in the experimental group,the difference of happiness was significant in the posttest and the difference of score was extremely significant(P<0.001).Therefore,in the future human resources planning,it may be useful to introduce psychological group counseling as a more effective means to enhance the work happiness,thereby improving the work results.Finally,the study found that an employee's marital status and educational level can affect how much work they devote to happiness at work.Unmarried workers had significantly lower life satisfaction than married workers,and the difference with divorce was not significant.The results verify the hypothesis put forward before this study,and provide a new way for the human resource management of the company.
