Analysis On The Transformation Strategy Of Huainan Resource-Based City Based On Industrial Structure Adjustment

The resource cities of our country originated in the 1950's,Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,due to the impact of the Soviet model of heavy industry and the need to restore the economy after the liberation of China,China has also begun to promote and develop heavy industry,and a large number of productive bases with abundant energy resources have emerged,gradually forming cities based on abundant energy resources.These energy resource production bases and cities play a key role in the economic development of our country.However,with the intensive exploitation and utilization of energy resources for decades or even hundreds of years,the resource utilization rate of resource-based cities in China is low and the phenomenon of resource waste appears.Under the new normal of China's economy in the 21st century,the demand of supply side reform and production capacity,and the continuous progress of the life cycle of resource-based cities in China,the transformation and development of resource-based cities is urgent,so it is necessary to find a way out and direction for the transformation anddevelopment of resource-based cities.Huainan city is a typical coal resource city in Anhui province.As a mature coal resource city in Anhui province with annual output of more than 100 million tons,its economic growth rate in 2014 was negative at-0.4%for the first time.This paper will focus on the following aspects of huainan resource city transformation and development path,in order to achieve the sustainable development of huainan resource city contribution to the meagre efforts.This thesis is mainly based on industrial restructuring,mainly from the following five aspects of elaboration:First:the research background,the purpose and significance of the research and the research status of foreign and domestic related topics,and this paper's research ideas,research methods and possible innovations are introduced.*The present report is being issued without formal editing.Second:the theory used in the study is described,which involves the definition and classification of resource-based cities,the connotation of the transformation and development of resource-based cities,and the relevant theory of industrial adjustment of resource-based cities.Third:taking huainan city as an example,this paper introduces the general situation of huainan city,the problems faced by huainan as a resource-based city(economic problems,social problems,environmental problems,urban problems),the necessity of huainan resource-based city transformation,and the main factors restricting its transformation.Fourth:the case of industrial transformation of resource-based cities at home and abroad and the experience enlightenment are expatiated,through the study of domestic and foreign resource-based urban transformation process,summing up its transformation laws and corresponding models,so as to provide enlightenment for huainan resource-based cities to successfully realize the transformation.Fifth:according to the present situation of the three industrial structures in huainan city,the pcdl model was introduced,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the industrial structure was carried out through the pcdl model,so that the suggestions and countermeasures for the transformation of huainan resource-based city were put forward based on the adjustment of the industrial structure.
