Research On The Development Strategy Of Pension Real Estate In Shining Group

With the development of China's economic and social development into the "new normal",the real estate industry is facing the transformation and the aging of our increasingly serious,many traditional real estate development enterprises and the insurance industry as the representative of non-real estate development enterprises are competing to develop pension industry.Choose the right development strategy is conducive to business in the direction of the business in the fierce competition in the market environment to quickly seize the initiative.Based on the connotation,development stage and main features of the old-age estate,this paper puts forward the strategic thinking of Shining Group's development of the old-age real estate on the basis of the transformation and development of Shining Group.Trying to study the development environment of China's old-age real estate and combined with the development of Shining Group to find a situation in line with the status quo of pension development.First of all,using the strategic analysis tool PEST and the five-force model to analyze the macro environment and industry competition environment of Shining Group,this paper analyzes the development and competition situation of the real estate industry and the current situation of aging in China and the aging situation of Zhuzhou City,Based on the above analysis results,the SWOT matrix is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the above analysis.Then the QSPM evaluation matrix is used to evaluate the above combination and determine the strategic combination suitable for the development of the pension fund in Shining Group.Then,it shows the growth strategy and strategic positioning,and defines the differentiated competitive strategy and the detailed function strategy,Put forward the overall goal of Shining Group's pension industry in the next four years and the development goals of each plate.This paper puts forward the steps and the safeguard measures of the development strategy of Shining Group's pension industry,and finally identifies the risk factors in the implementation strategy of the old-age real estate strategy and finds out the countermeasures.The conclusions of this study not only have a strategic guiding significance for the development of pension real estate by Shining Group,but also have reference value to other enterprises in our country that are developing retirement real estate.
