Study On The Assessment Mechanism Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

In November 2013,Xi Jinping put forward the requirement of "precision poverty alleviation".The nineteen Main Committee of the Communist Party of China further proposed that the poverty alleviation of the rural people in the rural areas should be removed from poverty in the current standard of China in the year two,and the poverty-stricken counties were completely removed,and the poverty-stricken areas were all poverty-stricken.In order to ensure that this goal is realized as scheduled and the effectiveness of poverty reduction is "truly recognized by the masses,can stand up to practice and historical test",the central government emphasizes that the most stringent assessment should be carried out.Taking the assessment mechanism of precision poverty alleviation as the research object,taking the assessment process of poverty alleviation in Henan as a specific case analysis support,combined with relevant literature and information,this paper makes a thorough understanding of the present situation of accurate poverty alleviation assessment system,examination subject,evaluation index setting,assessment methods and assessment results,and thinks that the present precision is accurate.The mechanism of poverty alleviation assessment has basically been established,and a relatively complete system has been formed,and a certain operational experience has been achieved.Through the study of relevant literature and the analysis of specific cases,this paper points out four problems in the assessment of accurate Poverty Alleviation: one is the singleness and subjective defects of the assessment subject,the two is the fairness and efficiency of the assessment index,the three is the formalism and the overburden of the examination mode,and the four is the result of the assessment.It's not enough to use.Finally,on the basis of the present situation and existing problems of the precision poverty reduction assessment mechanism mentioned in the previous article,in order to give full play to the function of "quality inspection instrument" "quality inspection instrument" "baton" and "propeller",and to ensure the accuracy of poverty alleviation,some suggestions are put forward to improve the accurate and accurate poverty reduction assessment mechanism.It is to give full play to the role of the third party evaluation and promote the diversification of the assessment subjects;the two is to further improve the evaluation index system from the aspects of improving the weight of the development indicators,the qualitative and quantitative combination and the dynamic adjustment,and the three is to expand the participation,strengthen the process assessment,and further innovate the examination methods and procedures,and the four is to further strengthen the examination.Information disclosure makes performance information play a greater role.
