Study On The Present Situation Assessment And Improvement Strategies Of Resettlement Community Of Zhengzhou City

At the present stage of the development of new urbanization in China,resettlement community occupies an increasing proportion in urban community structure.With the expansion of the cities to the surrounding villages and the urban renovation of urban renewal,the rural land is more and more occupied by the urban construction activities in space,and a transitional community,which is transferred to the public as a farmer,needs more social attention.At present,China is in the transition period from the incremental era of old city transformation to the stock era,and urban renewal is the important content of China's rapid urbanization process and the main motive force of the future urban development.Therefore,the exploration of resettlement community in urbanization is of great significance.This study is based on the resettlement community,taking urban renewal as the research background,and based on the analysis of the status of the resettlement community in Zhengzhou,and exploring the way to promote the resettlement community in accordance with the reality of China.First of all,this study selects resettlement community of Zhengzhou as the research object.Based on organic renewal theory,social space public theory and community building theory,the research background and significance of this paper are summarized.Combined with the existing research,the paper puts forward the research idea and possible innovation points.Secondly,it conducts field research on Zhengzhou resettlement community.Selection of five resettlement community of Zhengzhou as a case study,mainly through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the status quo of the resettlement community,analysis of resettlement community in space,industry and community governance and the problems of mining the cause of problems.It also provides practical support for the promotion strategy of resettlement community.Finally,the strategy is put forward based on the actual situation of resettlement community.Based on the actual situation of Zhengzhou resettlement community promotion at home and abroad,based on the actual situation of the promotion of the resettlement community in Zhengzhou,the problems of the resettlement community are combed from the community space optimization,the community industry upgrading and the improvement of the community governance,and then the corresponding strategies for the community promotion are put forward to promote the level of the status of the resettlement community.Research conclusions: First,the improvement of the content of resettlement communities is a concrete manifestation of urbanization quality.Second,the problem of space,industry,and governance of the resettlement communities in Zhengzhou City is outstanding.Third,according to the status quo,problems and causes of resettlement communities in Zhengzhou City,corresponding strategies for improving the resettlement community are proposed.
