Evaluation And Application Of Rural Highway Maintenance Management Based On Harmonious Perspective

In recent years,with the increasing depth of rural highways,people gradually realize that rural highways have a significant role in promoting regional economic development and social progress.However,most of the rural highways can not be maintained and managed so that their service capacity can not meet the needs of the society.In view of the above situation,this paper makes an analysis and evaluation of rural highway maintenance management from the aspects of process,result,sustainability,environmental protection,and stakeholder,and puts forward the evaluation index system suitable for highway development and maintenance management in rural areas under a harmonious view.Evidence analysis.The main contents are as follows:The concept and connotation of harmonious management of rural highways are defined and divided into process evaluation,results evaluation,sustainable evaluation,environmental protection evaluation and stakeholder evaluation.The lack of existing evaluation indicators is summarized,and rural roads are analyzed.Maintenance management evaluation content,principles and significance.Based on the connotation of harmonious management of rural roads,combined with the status,eharacteristics and evaluation content of rural road maintenance management,a rural road evaluation index systerm based on the concept of harmony was constructed,and individual indicators were analyzed and evaluated in detail.The research and analysis of rural road maintenance management evaluation methods were carried out.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of multi-objective evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation model for rural road maintenance management was proposed,which provided a new method and train of thought for rural highway maintenance and management evaluation.According to the actual situation of rural highway maintenance and management in Hefei,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the index system and evaluation model,and gets better results according to the principle of maximum membership degree.
