Research On Multi Task Collaborative Optimization Of Zhengzhou Urban Distribution Alliance

As a new form of modern logistics development,urban distribution is the key to the development of urban logistics.Facing the diversification,individualization and comprehensive development of logistics demand,and the fast changing sales market,more and more cities and cities are aware of their own advantages of logistics resources,which can not adapt to the fierce competition in the industry and meet the customer's individual needs.Logistics alliance is a logistics management organization model.Through alliance member resources sharing,complementary advantages,and collaboration,the alliance will improve the overall strength of the alliance.Therefore,a large number of small and medium-sized urban distribution companies jointly formed a city distribution alliance to become a mutually beneficial and win-win solution to the difficulties of the distribution industry,aiming to save distribution costs,improve distribution efficiency,enhance alliance competitiveness,and improve customer satisfaction.In order to realize its value,the city distribution alliance needs a scientific and rational operation mechanism to support the operation,in which the mechanism of responsibility and responsibility and the coordination mechanism of task are the most important.This paper takes Zhengzhou urban distribution alliance as the research object,designs collaborative mechanism based on information platform,and establishes collaborative optimization model to conduct in-depth research.(1)The paper describes the connotation,scene,basic operation and distribution mode of urban distribution,and systematically introduces the definition and advantages of logistics alliance,based on the transaction costs and the formation mechanism of core competitiveness and bucket theory,different types of logistics alliance formation,and the operation mechanism of logistics alliance.(2)The paper introduces the establishment background and development status of Zhengzhou city distribution alliance,points out the existing problems and the establishment of key mechanisms,and designs the classification and integration of logistics resources and multi task coordination mechanism based on information platform.(3)According to the multi task coordination mechanism,we design the task coordination process of the planned order and the immediate order,and establish the mathematical model with the shortest time,the least cost and the best quality of service as the goal.The linear weighting method is used to transform the model into a single objective function and the genetic algorithm is applied to solve the model.(4)Combined with the actual situation of distribution,an example is given to verify the model,and the optimal solution of the multi-objective function and the optimal solution of the objective function are given.
