With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy,knowledge as a potential resource for maintaining competitive advantages of enterprises has become the main driving force and support for advancing the development of enterprises.The nature of knowledge-based enterprises determines that the level of knowledge sharing in enterprises has become the focus of managers.How to make enterprises maintain their core competitiveness in competition is an important research content.Therefore,the dissertation tries to discuss the relationship between the characteristics of the employees and the level of knowledge sharing in the knowledge-based enterprise employees from the perspective of enterprise knowledge management.Firstly,the dissertation introduces the research background,research significance and the research status at home and abroad.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,the thesis designs the research framework of the dissertation,and clarifies the research content and research methods of the dissertation.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the author introduced the relevant theories of employee traits,employee competence,and knowledge sharing,and defined the concept of the three as a basis.At the same time define the concept of knowledge-based enterprises,and explain the classification and characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises.Thirdly,according to the theoretical basis of the knowledge-based company employees' traits and their abilities,determine the measurement dimensions required for research,further propose research hypotheses,and build a theoretical model of knowledge-based employees' traits of knowledge-based knowledge sharing to determine the variables.Define,design and develop questionnaires,and collect data on the impact of knowledge-based employee traits on knowledge sharing through questionnaires.Finally,using SPSS software to analyze the survey data,verify the results of factor analysis,and use AMOS software to perform the fitting test and the mediate effect test on the conceptual model and the actual data.Through empirical analysis,corresponding research conclusions are obtained to validate the research hypothesis.According to the conclusions,from the perspective of knowledge-based enterprises,the following aspects are proposed: the selection of qualified personnel based on the characteristics of employees,the improvement of employees' self-efficacy in knowledge-based enterprises,and the improvement ofemployees' innovation capabilities in knowledge-based enterprises.Based on the research conclusions and management suggestions of this paper,it is helpful for knowledge-based business managers to fully understand the uniqueness of the company's employees' traits and the ways to enhance the level of knowledge sharing.
