Research On The Development Of New Agricultural Management Entities In Jiangxi Province

In 2007,the rural population accounted for 60.20% of the total population in Jiangxi province,and the proportion of urban population was only 39.80%.After ten years of development,until 2016,the urbanization rate of Jiangxi was up to 53.10%.In 2014,the total urban population of the province exceeded the country for the first time,and the urbanization rate of the population exceeded 50%.Even if the urbanization rate reaches 70%,there are still nearly 14 million people living in rural areas in Jiangxi province,so we should consider how to make thousands of small farmers join in the modernization of agriculture and create the achievements of modernization.As the main force of modern agricultural development,the main body of new agricultural management is an important team in implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the key to achieve the goal.The new agricultural management entities is based on traditional agriculture,which is managed by the family members,and the scale of management is larger than the traditional farmers.The new model of agriculture not only innovates the mode of agricultural production,leads the farmers to become rich,promotes the modernization of agriculture,and can also solve the problems that have been left over from traditional agriculture for a long time.Under the background of Xi Jinping's new era,the party and the state have paid more attention to the agriculture,rural area and farmers,and put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Farmers have greater responsibilities and greater importance.These entities are the core strength to win the battle against poverty and realize the rural revitalization,which is of practical significance for promoting rural revitalization and speeding up the development of agricultural modernization.As a large agricultural province,rural areas in Jiangxi province not only support urbanization and urban development through the link of agricultural products and land circulation,but also support urbanization and urban development through the net loss of human capital.The side effects of rural development reflect a deeper problem:the loss of young people in rural areas and no succession of agricultural production.Agriculture has great influence on the economy of Jiangxi province,and the agricultural atrophy will seriously hamper the development of Jiangxi province,which seriously restricts the steady development trend of the new agricultural entities in Jiangxi province.In this paper,we read and summarize relevant literature both at home and abroad.According to the types,constraints and development paths of the new agricultural management entities,on this basis,we define the related concepts.Secondly,combined with the situation of Jiangxi province,the status of its development is listed,and some problems existing in the main entities are analyzed.And summing up the main factors that restrict its development,which is capital,land circulation,talents and so on.At present,the new agricultural management entities in Jiangxi province show slow development,small scale and weak market competitiveness.Finally,according to the successful experience of American family farm,Japanese farmers association,Shanghai family farm and Zhejiang farmers' professional cooperatives,we have the following enlightenment.The government should take more measures to increase intervention and implement relevant policy subsidy system.We should continue to expand the scale of operation,enrich the diversity and functionality of organization,utilize the organization to help more farmers.Promoting the stability of land rights and standardizing the process of land transfer and strengthening vocational training for farmers.On the basis of reference,based on three factors,this paper puts forward the path of healthy development of the new agricultural management entities in Jiangxi province.We should improve the land circulation system and reasonably promote scale management;we should increase financial support and improve the rural financial service system;and we cultivate new professional farmers,build professional personnel team,etc.In order to further speeding up the cultivation of the new agricultural management entities in Jiangxi province,it will offer theoretical basis and reference to help government to make decisions.
