To achieve a balance between urban and rural economic and social structure is an issue that must be solved in China's economic development.The key to realizing the integration of urban and rural areas lies in rural areas,and the biggest problem in rural areas is the issue of land.Therefore,to promote the balance between economic and social structure in urban and rural areas,we must solve the problem of land.Promoting the circulation of agricultural land is one of the important ways to solve the problem of rural land.It is also a fundamental issue that cannot be solved in the reform of rural land system.The transfer of agricultural land has become an important way to harmonize the contradiction between decentralized contracting and modest scale management of agricultural modernization under the household contract responsibility system in our country,and the consensus on price is an important influencing factor for the realization of circulation.The price is the core mechanism for constructing the circulation market of agricultural land.The transfer price is the result of the transference and transfer of the willingness of the two parties to reach an agreement.The influencing factors of the transfer price of agricultural land are used to construct the market for agricultural land circulation,protect the land rights of farmers,and increase the income of farmers.Safeguarding rights and providing theoretical references has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the reform of rural land system.In this paper,the 336 survey data collected by the field survey in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province are taken as the data sources of this article.Based on the theoretical basis of previous research,the basic situation of agricultural land circulation in Jiujiang City was systematically analyzed,and the circulation price of agricultural land was studied in this paper.The necessity of using survey data to statistically analyze the price level of agricultural land circulation in various counties and cities in Jiujiang City and the circulation prices of rural households with different ages,education levels,and annual income of different families.Finally,using the Oprobit regression model,individual farmers were selected.Factors,family factors,farmland resource characteristics,location factor characteristics as independent variables,empirical analysis of the farmers farmland transfer prices,farmers farmland into the price of the factors.The specific research results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Combining the survey data,it can be seen that farmer's farmland circulation prices are generally low,and the transfer prices and transfer structures of farmland are mainly distributed between 300-500 yuan/mu and 500-800 yuan/mu,but they are transferred to prices.The ratio of importance is significantly higher than the proportion of farmland transfer prices,and there is also a difference between the transfer prices of rural land and the price levels of various counties and cities.(2)Farming households with different characteristics have obvious differences in their farmland transfer prices.Farmers with the same characteristics also have significant differences in the transfer prices and transfer prices of agricultural land,in different age groups,education levels,and family years.The laws governing the transfer and transfer of farmland to farmer households in terms of total income vary.(3)Using the Oprobit regression model,the non-agricultural skills,the proportion of agricultural income,the total number of households,the number of family laborers,the scale of the plots,the award of farmland rights,and the distance from the town have a significant effect on the farmer's farmland transfer price..Non-agricultural skills,total household income,the proportion of agricultural income,the number of family laborers,the purchase of urban housing,and soil fertility have a significant effect on the transfer price of farmers' farmland.Based on the above research results,this article based on a detailed analysis of the price level of agricultural land circulation in Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province and the influencing factors,and obtained the current state of agricultural land circulation market and related price-relevant measures: the farmland circulation price must fully respect the farmers' wishes,and maintain both sides of circulation.Equity;improve the social security system for farmers,focus on cultivating modern agricultural management entities;give full play to the role of the market in resource allocation;respect the market economy;improve the characteristics of agricultural land resources;optimize the supporting infrastructure for agricultural land;adapt to local conditions;Stability,improvement of government subsidies and appropriate adjustments.
