Research On Accurate Identification Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation

Based on the research background and the questions raised and the reading of a large number of related documents,the paper puts forward four dimensions of the precise identification of tourism poverty alleviation:potential identification of tourism development,project identification,human identification and role recognition in poverty-stricken areas.This paper redefines the concept of tourism poverty alleviation precision recognition based on the identification content,and constructs the logical relationship map of tourism poverty alleviation precision recognition.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper puts forward the initial indicators of the identification system of tourism development potential in poor regions,and applies Delphi method to design expert opinion consultation tables,and invites relevant experts to score the correlation between the indicators of the identification system and the recognition system.After two rounds of expert consultation and revision,the identification system of tourism development potential in poor areas was established.The recognition system has three levels:target layer,criterion layer and index layer.Among them,there are 7 indexes in the criterion layer and 41 indicators in the index layer.On the basis of this,using AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method,the weight of each index in the identification system of tourism development potential in poor regions is obtained.The results show that the ecological environment and the natural endowment of tourism resources have a high influence on the tourism development potential of the poverty-stricken regions,followed by social environment and government support,while the tourist market potential,infrastructure,etc.The impact of future support on the tourism development potential of poor regions is less important.This paper applies the identification system of tourism development potential in poor areas to Qingsong Township of Baisha Li Autonomous County,Hainan Province,and invites relevant experts to rate the indicators of the identification system in Qingsong Township.Finally,the comprehensive score of tourism development potential recognition in Qingsong Township is calculated as Y = 7.5705.Compared with the established recognition standard,the tourism development potential grade of Qingsong Township is of medium potential type.Based on the recognition results,the paper puts forward some suggestions on poverty alleviation and development of tourism in Qingsong Township.
