Research On The Problem Of Enterprise Participation In The Industrial Poverty Alleviation

The number of poverty-stricken people in our country has been reduced year by year,which has made great contributions to the solution of the problem of poverty in the world.After 2010,although the government has greatly improved the standard of poverty,the number of poor people is more than 10 million per year.However,according to the statistical bulletin on national economic and social development in 2016,there are still 43 million 350 thousand rural poor people in China.Therefore,to ensure that in 2020 the total rural population out of poverty,social parties still need to force Lu concentric,temper forward.In China's poverty alleviation of the "five project",the most extensive,industrial poverty related objects covering most easily relocated out of poverty,poverty alleviation,education development and ecological protection of poverty,social security etc.to reveal all the details through the development of industry to achieve lasting income.The existing industry poverty alleviation models include "company plus farmer" mode,"cooperatives + farmers mode","company + cooperatives + farmers" mode,etc.,involving many subjects,including local government,enterprises,poor farmers,rural economic cooperation organization and so on.Among them,enterprises play a leading role in connecting poor farmers and markets and promoting the poverty alleviation of the industry.Large enterprises with modern governance structure have multi-level and multi-dimensional advantages in promoting industrial poverty alleviation.It is very important for enterprises to play an important role in promoting industrial development in poor areas.However,there are still some problems such as lack of perfect interest linkage mechanism and supervision and restriction mechanism in current industrial poverty alleviation.This paper explores how to innovate mechanisms to enable enterprises to participate more effectively in industrial poverty alleviation,and help industrial poverty alleviation really benefit people's live,so as to provide some positive suggestions for poverty alleviation.
