Research On The Synergic Development Of Cross Border E-commerce Logistics System In Xuchang

With the rapid development of Internet technology and information technology,the development of ecommerce has become more and more mature,it is inevitable for the development of cross-border ecommerce.In early 2017,the formal listing of China(Henan)Pilot Free Trade Zone and China(Zhengzhou)Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Experimental Zone marked that Henan crossborder e-commerce embarked on this express train of high-speed cross-border e-commerce development in China,Xuchang,as a key city for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Henan,has a unique advantage,and cross-border e-commerce has a rapid development momentum here.Based on the current research status,this article provides an overview of cross-border ecommerce and reviews characters,the models,processes and links of cross-border e-commerce logistics.Understanding the development of cross-border e-commerce is an endogenous driving force for crossborder logistics development.The development of overseas e-commerce will inevitably lead to the development of cross-border logistics.The development of cross-border logistics is an inevitable requirement for the development of cross-border e-commerce.On the basis of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem and ross-border e-commerce logistics synergy development theory,the article studys the issures of collaborative development of the cross-border e-commerce logistics system in Xuchang from two aspects of eight dimensions.Aiming at the issures,this paper puts forward the solution,that is,the synergic development of the cross-border e-commerce logistics system in Xuchang City.The analysis of the issures of cross border e-commerce logistics in Xuchang is the foundation of building the cross border e-commerce logistics system model.On this basis,the fourth chapter extracts eight elements from it,and constructs the model of the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce logistics system in Xuchang,and then using the methods of questionnaire,reliability analysis method and factor analysis method to verify the stability,rationality,scientificity and reliability of it.Then,in the fifth chapter,pointing out the implementation path of the coordinated development of the cross-border e-commerce logistics system: the coordinated development of the logistics enterprises and the cross-border e-commerce platforms,the coordinated development of the logistics enterprises and the e-commerce enterprises,the coordinated development of the logistics enterprises and the suppliers,and the coordinated development of the logistics enterprises and the Internet information technology;The cooperative development between the logistics enterprises and the customs;the coordinated development of the logistics enterprises and the third party value-added service institutions;the coordinated development of the logistics enterprises and the policy environment;the coordinated development of the logistics enterprises and the logistics personnel.Finally,summarizes the research achievements and shortcomings of the paper,and prospects the research in the future.
