In recent years,with the popularity of the Internet,the development of B2 C e-commerce is in full swing.More and more traditional production and circulation enterprises have set up B2 C e-commerce platform,and the scale of the market is expanding.The B2 C e-commerce platform has become one of the preferred platforms for online shopping.With the increase of market participants,the scale of transaction is showing blowout.However,most B2 C enterprises are still in a difficult position to make profits.In this context,it is of practical significance to study and explore the profit model of B2 C e-commerce enterprises,such as JMEI,which has achieved continuous profit.It is helpful for other B2 C e-commerce enterprises to provide reference for the construction and improvement of their own profit model.This paper analyzes the profit model of jumei.com from the five aspects of profit point,profit source,profit lever,profit barrier and profit home,and analyzes the characteristics of JMEI profit model.Then,with the financial data of 2012-2016 years and five years as the research object,the profit model was analyzed from the financial point of view from two aspects of profitability and profit quality.From it,we can see that JMEI has been developing rapidly since its establishment.However,no matter how the external environment changes and impact,JMEI still can maintain a continuous profit trend,which shows that the JMEI profit model in the current domestic B2 C field still has a certain advantage.At the same time,we also found that the JMEI profit model also has a single profit point,the profit source is difficult to expand,the profit barrier is not strong,and the user's low degree of adhesion is low.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the JMEI profit model,this paper puts forward a series of optimization suggestions from profit point,profit source,profit barrier and customer stickiness.
