Analysis Of China's Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation And Its Implementing

Since reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in the field of anti-poverty in the world.With the further development of poverty alleviation,China's anti-poverty development embodies precise demand.Photovoltaic poverty alleviation as a new energy poverty alleviation has gained more and more recognition for its pollution-free,zero emission and sustainable development.The distributed photovoltaic power generation can be used in the poverty alleviation industry to make full use of the light resources in the poverty-stricken areas and realize the "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation.The emergence of photovoltaic poverty alleviation is in line with the development rule of poverty alleviation in China.It is a precise means to help the poor.Taking the PV poverty alleviation projects in two regions of Lichuan,Hubei and Jinzhai County of Anhui Province as an example,the paper analyzes the political,economic and social benefits of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects in the two regions.It also summarizes the common problems in the two regions and the national photovoltaic poverty alleviation,that is,the lack of stability of the policy;there are many problems in the implementation of local government policies;the traditional poverty alleviation ideas of the target groups are deeply rooted;and the economic and cultural environment of the poverty alleviation is backward.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to help the development of photovoltaic poverty alleviation.The better development of photovoltaic poverty alleviation needs to strengthen the stability of the policy of photovoltaic poverty alleviation.It needs the government to take part in solving the problem of poverty alleviation.It needs the poor households to strengthen their own more business wishes,and needs to shape a healthy environment for poverty alleviation.
