Research On The Development Of Rural Circular Economy In Gansu Province

With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing material and cultural needs of the people,people's development of natural resources has almost reached predatory requests.Researching the development of circular economy has great significance for the development and progress of society.Since the introduction of rural recycling economy in Gansu Province since the 1990 s,it has been gradually explored and greatly promoted the economic development in rural areas in order to increase the living standards of farmers and improve the ecological environment in rural areas.This paper analyzes the existing rural recycling economy models in various regions of Gansu Province.According to the geographical features of Gansu Province,it summarizes and analyzes some “indigenous” typical cases,and proposes corresponding policy recommendations to make it conform to the actual rural recycling economy.The model has been rapidly promoted in Gansu to achieve the green and healthy development of Gansu's rural economy.This article is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of the development of rural recycling economy in Gansu Province from the aspects of natural resources,ecological environment,rural areas,farmers,and agriculture,and summarizes the current research status of rural recycling economy at home and abroad.Chapter 2 is the Marx circular economy.Based on the thinking and thecircular economic thought of Western economics,the connotation of the rural circular economy and the operating modes at home and abroad were systematically described.The third chapter introduces the basic status and effectiveness of rural recycling economy development in Gansu Province,including the development stage of rural recycling economy experience in Gansu Province,the construction of the security system,and the key tasks and achievements achieved.The fourth chapter summarizes and summarizes the development model of rural recycling economy in Gansu Province,and finds out the existing problems in the existing model.The fifth chapter puts forward the preconditions for the development of rural recycling economy in Gansu Province.Combining with the actual situation in Gansu Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of rural recycling economy in Gansu Province.
