Under the background of the continuous increase in grain output and the continuous increase in the number of foreign imports,China's food supply and consumption are generally balanced,but in recent years,the domestic structural contradiction of food has become increasingly serious.Among the most prominent problems are the gap between soybean supply and demand,and the relative relativity of corn and the periodic oversupply.The Central Rural Work Conference proposed for the first time in 2015 that the structural reform of the agricultural supply side must be vigorously promoted to ensure adequate supply of agricultural products and form a true structure.Anhui Province is a large agricultural province and an important grain production area in China.Research on the food production structure in Anhui Province is of strategic significance in ensuring food security in China.In recent decades,the grain output of Anhui Province has continuously increased and it has made important contributions to the continuous increase of national grain production.At the same time,the food production structure of the corresponding Anhui Province has also undergone certain changes.This change has a great impact on the fluctuation of food production and the output of different types of grain.This article focuses on how the food production structure in Anhui Province has undergone changes since the reform and opening up,and the changing characteristics of food production structure and future changes in the direction of the country's reform of the agricultural supply side.The basis of grain production structure is the structure of grain output.It comprehensively reflects how the various food production influencing factors work together.The analysis of the changes in the structure of grain output and the prediction and optimization of its output structure are in fact a macroscopic study of grain production in Anhui Province.The results of the study have certain practical significance for the optimization and improvement of grain production in Anhui Province.Based on the analysis of the production structure in grain production,this paper analyzes the changes in grain production structure in Anhui Province from 1978 to 2016,and uses the comparative comparative advantage index method to calculate the comparative advantage of grain production in Anhui Province.Based on the measured results,the structural problems and their influencing factors in the grain production and supply side of Anhui Province were analyzed.Based on this,the GM(1,1)model wasfurther used to predict the grain yield structure of Anhui Province in 2017-2021,based on this,the paper proposes relevant suggestions for optimizing the grain production structure in Anhui Province in the future.
