Research On Three Industrials Coordinated Development In The Five Major Economic Zones Of Sichuan Province

The 17 th CPC National Congress proposed that “promoting economic growth mainly depends on the secondary industry shifting from the secondary industry to the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.” The 18 th CPC National Congress further emphasized the “strategy of emerging industries and the development of modern service industries”,and the 19 th CPC National Congressonce again pointed out: Coordination is an inherent requirement for economic development to turn to high quality." The concept of coordinated development is the new core of industrial development.The three industries are composed of the first industry,the second industry,and the third industry.Its development is also the core of industrial development.This article cuts through Sichuan's “five economic zones” and quantifies the three industries in Sichuan's five economic zones.It analyzes in depth the status quo of the industrial structure,three coordinated development trends and laws,and provides scientific and objective reference for the government to formulate industrial policies.This will accelerate the economic restructuring of the economic zones.The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to conduct research on this topic from four aspects.First,on the basis of reviewing the theory of synergy and industrial structure,we analyzed the internal mechanisms of the three industrial collaborative developments,elaborated on the relevant industry-related theories and industrial cluster theory that are closely related to the coordinated development,and gave the paper on the three industries.The three definitions of coordinated development: the connotation of stability,dependence and coordination.Second,quantify research based on three connotations.From the perspective of evolution,this paper analyzes the status quo of the three industrial structures in the five major economic regions of Sichuan Province,and conducts quantitative empirical analysis on the connotation of stability,sums up the status of the three industry developments in the five major economic regions and the development achievements of the three industries in recent years.Third,by constructing an index system that reflects the comprehensive development level of the three industries,and starting from the quantitative perspective of the connotation of the dependency and the connotation of the coordination,the quantitative index of the F-value dependency of the regression model and the quantitative index of the coordination connotation based on the function of membership model are defined.It reveals the laws and trends of the three industries in the five major economic zones.Fourth,according to the degree of coordinated development and the level of economic development the degree of coordinated development of the three industries was calculated,and the evaluation of the coordinated development of the three industries in the five major economic zones was carried out.
