Under the background of the Internet,business mode innovation has become an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.In this process,knowledge is the foundation of business mode innovation,and the ability of acquiring knowledge and learning directly determines the level of innovation capability of enterprises.With the constant change of the market competition and the external environment,it is self-evident that enterprises can obtain resources by using the external network and gain more profits through business model innovation.It is a magic weapon for enterprises to defeat competitors and stand out from the market."Knowledge search" is self-evident,and The knowledge search ability of enterprises is closely related to the status of enterprises in the social network.Therefore,based on the theory of enterprise social network,this paper explores the influence mechanism of network characteristics on the innovation capability of business models.The existing research mainly focuses on the impact of social network structure and knowledge search on enterprise product innovation and technological innovation,but neglects the impact on business model innovation.According to the network characteristics,this paper measures the social network from three dimensions of network centrality,network scale and relationship intensity,and explores its influence on business model innovation,and further explores the intermediary role of knowledge factors in the above relationship,combining the actual situation of domestic enterprises.In this paper,the subject is restricted to the domestic enterprises,the data collection work is carried out in the form of questionnaire and telephone interview,and the final 274 answers are received,and the empirical analysis of the questionnaire data is carried out by the systematic empirical analysis method.The results show that the social network centrality,network size and relationship intensity contribute to the innovation of business mode.Enterprise social network helps to improve the depth and breadth of knowledge search.The breadth and depth of knowledge search play an intermediary role in the influence mechanism of social network centrality,network size and relationship intensity on business mode innovation.In other words,the enterprise in the social network can improve the depth and width of the external knowledge search through strong structural embeddedness,which can be more effective in innovation.It is worth mentioning that not all hypotheses are established,and the relationship intensity has no significant influence on the knowledge search width.The search width has no influence on the relationship intensity and the business model innovation.It is proved that the relationship between the promotion and the cooperative enterprise does not extend the knowledge face of the enterprise in order to innovate the business model in other fields.Throughout the full text,this study not only has theoretical significance,but also plays a guiding role in practice.The research further expands the theory of organizational learning,and explores the impact mechanism of business model innovation,which makes up for the lack of research on the former business model innovation.In practice,this study has implications for the learning capability management of enterprises and the innovation strategy of business models.
