With the fast-changing pace of globalization, enterprises are facing anincreasingly uncertain and competitive world. This is why innovation ability isbecoming a driving force of development, and plays an important part in the survivaland growth on enterprises. Since Schumpeter firstly suggested the concept ofinnovation, a lot of researches have been conducted on technology innovation. However, for the abstract concept of management innovation, more questions needto be answered urgently about its nature and mechanism. When it comes to exploringthe source and influencing factors of management innovation, more and more scholarsreach out for enterprise s external environment, the network factors are graduallyintroduced. On the other hand, in the era of knowledge economy, enterprises cantransfer knowledge across organizations and utilize skills and knowledge from otherorganization to significantly change their own knowledge base and innovation ability.By exploring the impact of network relations and knowledge-inflow on corporatemanagement innovation based on high-tech enterprise, this paper carried out anin-depth study on the sources of management innovation. After systematic review onliterature from both domestic and international, this paper mainly focused on therelationship of network strength, degree of network reciprocity, knowledge flows andmanagement innovation. In order to verify these relationships and assumptions, thispaper selects458south China science and technology enterprises, statistic tools suchas SPSS13.0and AMOS7.0are used to analyze data. The paper proposes a StructuralEquation Model which consists of network relations, knowledge inflow andmanagement innovation, and empirically tests the model with data from aquestionnaire. Hypothesizes are proved by the paths relationship test in the model. The conclusion shows that:1. Network relations have a positive impact onmanagement innovation.2. Network relations have a positive impact on knowledgeinflow.3. Knowledge inflow has a positive impact on management innovation.4.Knowledge inflow is a partial intermediate variable in the path of degree of reciprocity on management innovation. The results of analysis also proved:(1)knowledge inflow is a complete intermediate variable in the path of network strengthon management innovation.(2) knowledge inflow is the partial intermediate variablein the path of degree of reciprocity on management innovation.
