| In the era of knowledge economy,the company’s products and services are more diverse and constantly updated.Enterprises are faced with increasingly complex and turbulent living environments.Enterprise innovation faces greater uncertainty and more severe challenges.In this environment,how to effectively use social networks,enhance the integration ability of enterprises’ own knowledge,improve innovation performance are the best choice for enterprises to pursue success.In the process of improving innovation performance,employees should play the role of main body of innovation.Social network theory believes that social network relationships among employees are the key factors affecting their innovation performance.Their innovation performance are the cornerstones of enterprise innovation performance,and knowledge is the source of employees’ innovative ideas.Employees in different departments have different knowledge,the dispersion of knowledge will affect the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to maintain a competitive advantage,companies must continue to integrate knowledge.However,most of China’s enterprises do not know enough about this and lack effective theoretical guidance.The measures to improve employees’ innovation performance have not achieved satisfactory results.Therefore,how to use the strength of employee social network to enhance its innovation performance,improve the ability of enterprise knowledge integration,and make effective suggestions for enterprise decision-making and management becomes an urgent problem to be solved.Based on social network theory and knowledge management theory,this paper firstly combs relevant literature to form the research perspective of this paper,which is to explore the influence mechanism of social network connection intensity on employee innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge integration ability,and builds a conceptual model among social network connection strength、knowledge integration ability(systematization,socialization,collaboration)and employee innovation performance.Then the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the relationships between variables.Secondly,the empirical hypothesis of this paper is tested empirically.The empirical results show that the reliability level and validity of the scale of the study are good.The strength of social network connection can positively affect the various dimensions of knowledge integration capabilities.The empirical research results show that the social network connection strength can positively influence the systemization ability,socialization ability and collaboration ability.The strength of social network connection and knowledge integration capabilities can positively influence employee innovation performance.The empirical results show that better social network connection strength can improve employee innovation performance,and better knowledge integration ability can also improve employees’ innovation performance.The ability of knowledge integration plays a mediating role between the strength of social network connection and employee innovation performance.The empirical research results show that the strength of social network connection not only affects the innovation performance of employees,but also indirectly through the ability of knowledge integration affects the innovation performance of employees.Through empirical research,this paper proposes the following management suggestions:(1)Strengthen the establishment and maintenance of social network relationships within the employees.(2)Establish an effective reward and punishment system to encourage employees to collaborate and enhance knowledge integration.(3)Encourage an atmosphere of knowledge and innovation within the enterprise,and form a corporate culture that respects innovation,tolerance,and learning.It can provides strong cultural support for employee innovation.(4)Enterprises should break down internal communication barriers and improve knowledge management. |
