The Research On The Regional Logistics Efficiency Of HubaoE

Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos are located in the central region of Inner Mongolia,with close geographical relations and similar humanistic customs.The natural conditions are similar,the resource endowment is different,the comparative advantage is significant,there is broad economic cooperation space;business travel is the same,with very strong industry complementarity,providing the conditions for logistics development.In the range of " the Belt and Road Initiative ",the Hubao E has a historical tradition of economic cooperation from the perspective of cooperation of the ancient silk road.Only improving the efficiency of the logistics of the Hubao E,it well realize the strong desire of developping economy and logistics.The Hubao E is one of the most important areas of Inner Mongolia,if not improving the efficiency of regional logistics will not be able to achieve requirements of national medium and long-term planning of the development of the logistics industry fully,it is impossible to realize the interconnection of the logistics infrastructure and resource sharing,let alone build a well-off society,not to mention the coordinated development of regional logistics.In this paper,i have read vast amount of literature.I have settled the relevant literature.I have defined related definition.In the same time,i have compared the merit from many methods.I have selected data envelopment analysis——DEA method as the Hubao E regional logistics efficiency appraisal method.I have explained the relevant theory.I have select the three input index(fixed asset investment amount,staff number,logistics mileage)and three output indicators(city logistics industry output value,freight,freight turnover)on the basis of the academic systematic and comprehensive principle,the combination of universality and particularity principle,scientific rationality principle,the real reliability principle,and the expand cobb-douglas production function explains the rationality of the index selection;descriptive statistics are carried out according to the data of the selected evaluation system.Buildding DEA model and using the deap2.1 software get the test results.Analyzing the problem of the Hubao E regional logistics efficiency,and then putting forward some countermeasures from angle of technical efficiency,regional efficiency,standardization,multimodal transport,"supply side structural reform" and so on.I hope provide reference for relevant departments.The innovation of this paper is the research contents and angle:select the Hubao E regional logistics effectiveness as the research object,now most literatures' research object is Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone,the middle Economic Belt of Yangtze river,or a province.On the same time,the relative literature of The Hubao E is old,cannot meet the aims of achieving coordinated development.Secondly,most of the previous evaluation systems are based on qualitative methods,and this paper use expanded the cobb-Douglas production function to explain its rationality is an innovation.Finally,it is the quantitative evaluation of regional logistics efficiency.In the past,the study of regional logistics ismore qualitative analysis,and less quantitative evaluation.In this paper,data envelopment analysis is used to evaluate the three aspects of comprehensive efficiency,pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency.In this paper,Data Envelopment Analysis is used to evaluate the five aspects of effch,techch,pech,sech and tfpch.It is a certain novelty.
