| Construction land whose utilization level is directly related to the economic,social and environmental benefits of the town is the foundation of social and economic development,it is the necessary condition for urban construction and development.With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the construction land is in the transition stage from the extensive utilization mode to the intensive utilization mode,the scientific and rational use land and promoting the economical and intensive use of construction land are important for the economic and social sustainable development.To carry out the evaluation of intensive utilization of urban construction land,that is an objective requirement to improve the utilization level of land resources.The article collects the basic data of the society,economy and land use in Jiujiang city,combining qualitative and quantitative methods to analysis the present situation of construction land use of Jiujiang city and evaluate the degree of land conservation and intensive use of construction land in Jiujiang city,and provide basic data for the sustainable development of Jiujiang city..The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Qualitative evaluation conclusion(1)With the development of the social economy in Jiujiang city,the size of urban land and the scale of rural residential areas have been expanding continuously in recent years,and the new construction land is larger.Therefore,land use must be transformed,improving the efficiency of land use,promoting the utilization of land conservation,and transforming the new impetus for economic development.(2)The actual situation and economic and social development of evaluation unit in Jiujiang city are different,and the land use structure and dynamic changes are also different.(3)The total population and urban and rural construction land growth trend is not harmonious,the population urbanization coordinated with the matching of the land urbanization level is not high,the rural population coordinated with the matching of village land use change degree is low.The main problem is that in recent years,with the advancement of urbanization,the urbanization of land has been increasing,while the urbanization of population has not reached the corresponding level.(4)The area GDP growth rate is greater than the right to use construction land growth,economic growth rate is far higher than the growth rate of construction land,construction land consumption and better coordination between economic development levels in Jiujiang city.2.Quantitative evaluation conclusion(1)The level of construction land conservation intensive utilization status is general in Jiujiang city,and there are still some gaps in the target of the related planning of Jiujiang city.(2)The population of Jiujiang city has a poor match between urban and rural construction land,and the development of economic and social development is more dependent on construction land consumption.From the analysis of land use trend type,Jiujiang city shows a trend of extensive development.(3)According to the overall management performance index score of Jiujiang city,the score of management performance index is 89.75,which indicates that the overall effect of construction land management in Jiujiang city is better.(4)Because of the differences in the economic development stages of the evaluation units in Jiujiang city,there is a certain spatial differentiation characteristic of construction land use level of the evaluation unit.Lushan district of economical and intensive utilization level is higher,Xunyang county?Ruichang city?Xiushui county take second place,the economical and intensive utilization level of Hukou county?Jiujiang county?Xingzi county is general,the economical and intensive utilization level of Gongqing city,Penze county,Duchang county,Yongxiu county,Wuning county is relatively low.Overall,the economic development level and land use situation of the counties(cities and districts)in Jiujiang city are quite different. |
