Intensive Utilization Of Weihai City Construction Land Conservation

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, the economical and intensive utilization of land resource is an inevitable trend and choice, and has attracted wide attention of the society in recent years. In the past, the responsibility of economical and intensive land utilization is the responsibility of the Department of land resources management. Nowadays, it become a common responsibility of the whole society. The consciousness of economical and intensive utilization of land is gradually increasing. However, the land utilization is still in the extensive stage, there are many outstanding issues in the processes of land economical and intensive use. One problem is the plan of land use for construction is tightening, the "upside down" phenomenon is common for the total size of construction land and the "ceiling" is easily broken. Another important problem is waste and idle land phenomenon with low use efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify the research on the economical and intensive utilization of construction land and its evaluation. This study has great practical significance for these regions with urgent demands of economical and intensive utilization of land resource.In this paper, I studied the current problems existed in economical and intensive utilization of construction land in Weihai city based on public management, public policy, land management and related disciplines. The concrete method including quantitative analysis, empirical analysis, model evaluation, spatial analysis etc.. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper discussed the concept, connotation and theory of the economical and intensive utilization of construction land, and stated the significance of the research on the economical and intensive use of urban construction land, and the construction process of the evaluation index system of urban construction land economical and intensive use and its theoretical basis.Secondly, analyzed the basic situation of urban construction land, the index of land use structure, land input intensity, land use efficiency, and land supervision performance in Weihai City.Thirdly, analyzed the existed problems in urban land economical and intensive use in Weihai City, such as the irrational structure of land use, the phenomenon of land idle.Finally, according to the analysis of the causes of the problem and the actual situation of Weihai City, put forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions:scientific planning, rational development of land targets, strengthen propaganda, the awareness of the importance of economical and intensive land use improvement, supervision and dynamic monitoring and early warning system strength, the stock of urban land increase and land use and land guard law enforcement supervision.
