The competition between enterprises is becoming fiercer,and the competition has been transformed from the financial and material resources to talents as the main carrier.Any enterprise who want to gain a foothold in the market competition and win the development should establish an excellent staff team and carrying out employee training is the fundamental way to build the talent team.Employee training is very important for enterprises,it concerns the survival and development of the enterprise.However,the existing research has not paid enough attention to the staff training of the hotel industry in China.In view of this,this thesis takes the TT hotel as the research object,uses the research methods of combination of theory analysis and practice analysis,and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.On the basis of the literature search and theoretical analysis,this thesis,first of all,through the field investigation and analysis,the current situation and problems of TT hotel staff training are preliminarily understood.And then,the questionnaire was designed,and some managers and employees of TT hotel were randomly selected to conduct questionnaire survey,and the current situation and problems of staff training were thoroughly analyzed.through the analysis the following problems were found in staff training of TT hotel: first,the knowledge of staff training is not high;Second,the system construction and system implementation of staff training needs to be strengthened;Thirdly,in the process of employee training,there are some problems such as lack of in-depth understanding of training needs,training teachers cannot meet the training requirements,lack of scientific evaluation and summary of training results,etc.Fourth,correspondingly,the effect of employee training is not very significant,and so on.Then,this thesis put forward the suggestions to solve the problems,which are raising awareness of staff training,strengthening the construction of staff training,improve the system of enforcement,optimization of training process,etc.This thesis is based on theoretical analysis,Specializing in study the problems and countermeasures of TT hotel in staff training.The results of the research is used in TT hotel will help TT hotel to solve the problems in staff training and to develop the human resources system.In addition,the research results of this thesis also provide an important reference for Similar enterprise on staff training.
