With the continuous development of social economy and increasingly fierce market competition,more and more companies are eager to compete for high-quality talent at a cost.However,more and more companies are also paying attention to the cost of human resources.The problem of controlling the cost of human resources has also become the focus of the enterprise cost control process.The cost control of human resources in enterprises is actually to control the efficiency of human resources investment and output,trying to control the company's human resources investment,increase market share to enhance corporate output,so as to continuously improve the company's operating efficiency.To improve the operating efficiency of a company,it is not simply to control it by relying on the cost of human resources.Instead,it must be achieved through the appropriate input of human resources and the continuous improvement of employees' skills,expertise,and knowledge.This article takes the state-owned shipping company S as the research object,firstly expounds the research background,significance and the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,starting from the concept of human resource cost,the concept of composition and the concept of human resource cost control,it elaborates the development of human resource cost control.The main content and analysis of the factors that affect the cost control of human resources;Third,explain the current status of human resources costs of S company from the aspects of acquisition cost,development cost,use cost,turnover cost,guarantee cost,etc.,and analyze the existence of human resources cost control in S company.The fourth issue is to predict the company's human resources costs over the next five years,and proposes the methods that can be used to control the company's human resources costs;finally,it proposes S companies from the aspects of recruitment,employee training and development,salary,insurance,and work atmosphere.Human resources cost control safeguards.
