Along with the construction market prosperity and the competition intensified. Human resources cost control attaches more attention and very important to enterprise, human resource is the core resources of enterprise. Human resource cost is more and more big along with the social development, reasonable human resource cost control can not only improve enterprise staffs work enthusiasm and contribution rate, improve the strength of enterprises. But also can help enterprises to save huge spending, create more revenue.Without reducing efficiency at the same time reduce the cost of human resources, control the reasonable ratio, develop human resources effectively, excavate the latent ability, control the cost of investment, improve the management level, to do all in its use and reduce cost, is the focus of the corporate research problems. The research object of this paper H Construction Company, there are many problems in the aspect of human resources cost control, study how to control the human resource cost, for H company has important theoretical significance and practical significance. In this paper, through analyze and summarize of relevant theoretical knowledge, respectively from the acquisition cost, development and use of cost and cost of departure aspects, give an in-depth analysis of H company human resources situation and existing problems of cost control, and apply knowledge management to puts forward the ways to deal with the existing problems.
