Innovation has become one of the problems that contemporary business managers are constantly exploring.A lot of studies have shown that building a successful team within an enterprise can stimulate the cohesiveness of the team members,which ? help to activate the management atmosphere,improve the team's innovation ability,and promote the level of innovation of the enterprise,but the failed team will be counterproductive.Therefore,how to form effective teams has great influence on innovation performance.This paper introduces the research background of team management,related literature,based on the theory of knowledge complementarity and the evaluation of innovation performance,and puts forward the influence model of team members' knowledge complementarity that has a significant impact on team innovation performance.The results of questionnaire survey confirm the relationship between team members' knowledge complementarity and innovation performance by factor analysis,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.On this basis,we further analyze the moderating role of the inclusive leadership st yle and the intermediary role of team conflict,and the model of the impact of team knowledge complementarity on team innovation performance.K nowledge complementarity of team members is of great practical significance for improving enterprise innovation capability.The result shows that:(1)team members' knowledge complementarily has a significant impact on team innovation performance;(2)team conflict plays a mediating role in the influence of team member complementarily on the team innovation performance.(3)Inclusive leadership moderates the influence of team members' knowledge complementarily on team innovation performance.
