In recent years,with the continuous innovation of technology,the degree of attention to talents has been improved.In today's era,who owns the key talent,it occupies the dominant position in the market competition.Now,the core competitiveness of enterprises is not only reflected in the growth of the economy,but also on the overall strength and future development of the talents in the enterprise.HR' work attitude,job performance and professional quality all directly affect the overall quality of internal talents.Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to the training and development of human resource managers to improve their core competitiveness.In the process of "two integration" in Chinese enterprises,the wide application of Internet in the management information system and the acceleration of technological innovation put forward new requirements for the competency of human resource management talents.On the basis of this model,the quality of talents is evaluated,and it is found that the scores in the four items of management psychology knowledge,achievement orientation,learning development ability and enterprise management general knowledge are low,while the weak psychological knowledge hinders the role of staff supporters and the lack of achievement orientation leads to low work attitude and poor learning development ability.Obstacles to self promotion and lack of general knowledge in business management lead to poor cognitive ability in the industry.And then analyze the results of the evaluation,from the enterprises,schools,and individuals to find the reasons for the above problems:the enterprises for human resource managers lack of development,the school for human resources management personnel training methods are not perfect,human resources management talent self development is not high mobility.Finally,from the angle of selecting,employing,educating and retaining people,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to provide theoretical support for the improvement of HR's quality.
